This September STREET NW and the Landscape Institute NW are teaming up to bring you an evening exploring the public realm design and delivery strategy within the world’s first industrial suburb, Ancoats. You are invited to discover how the public realm became the catalyst for the regeneration of this special urban environment.
The evening will kick off with a walking tour hosted by Civic Engineers and Camlins Landscape Architects. This will be followed by an overview of the wider regeneration of the area by Phil Collings from the HCA and Buttress Architects. Drinks and refreshments will be available, followed by discussion and opportunities to network.
The event will be held at 6pm on Wednesday 28th September. For more details please see the flyer attached. To book your place please register here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/public-realm-led-regeneration-of-ancoats-tickets-27348217254
Places are limited to 40 people, we expect these to go quickly so please do join the waiting list and you will be allocated a place if and when they become free.
We look forward to seeing you there!
